Policy

Appointments
We welcome advanced reservations & walk-ins, however appointments are encouraged during Thursday-Sundays.
A 50% deposit with a credit card is required to secure multiple services.

Please let us know if you are pregnant, have any special health conditions, prefer a particular therapist or need advice
on a service you have not experienced.

Arrival
If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 15 minutes early. We encourage you to arrive early so you may calmly prepare for your
spa services. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to fulfill your service with the remaining time allotted.

Cancellations
For a cancellation or a no show within 24 hours deposits, prepaids and gift certificates are subject to forfeiture plus 20 % therapist gratuity to cover both the spa and therapist losses.

Gift Certificate Expiration Policy
**All gift certificates are valid one (1) year from date of purchase and Non-Refundable
Gift Cards may not be split, shared or transferred unless stated on actual gift.

Gratuities
Your Therapists work on commission and gratuity. You may only use cash or a credit card for any gratuity,
unless stated on gift certificate.

Methods of Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Spa Finder there is a 20% precessing fee.

Atmosphere
Please respect the serenity of the spa environment by speaking softly & turning off all cell phones.
We welcome young adults 14 years or older with an appointment.
No infants or children allowed during any service.
